Located in Nassau’s urban heart, THE HUB is envisioned as a versatile,                  

collaborative space that facilitates the sharing of ideas and resources across disciplines particularly in the arts, but not exclusive to the arts. We also specifically want to work with groups and individual concerned with the environment or “Green Issues”.

THE HUB could be described as the central location where all the various “spokes” meet and share. As such it should enable individuals as well as organizations to form alliances which serve to strengthen and support our sense of community within the larger cultural context.

We see a range of activities occupying this large industrial space including a film series/club; lectures and demonstrations; workshops, an art gallery; performances, live music, theatre, poetry readings; dance, discussions, gatherings, Junkanoo shack as well as a place for NGO’s and other non-profits to network with each other.

         We are inclusive of all people who respect themselves and by extension, others.
